So I went to the the Appleton Harley dealership to get a gift for a friend as a secret Santa. My wife came along as well because well she didn't want me to go overboard on a gift. Then we say the 2021 Street Glide already with some custom item on it with only 137 mile as a demo bike. The owner approached us and went over the highlights of the bike. I'm already a motorcycle enthusiasts, it's just been awhile sine I've rode. So he ask what's the deciding factor and I looked at him and said. While passing through Clarksville TN I had the chance to stop by the HD store to grab a t-shirt and a poker chip. They had a great selection of clothes and the store was very nice. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and everyone stopped to say Hi to Scooter J (my little wiener dog traveling companion). Will definitely stop back by when traveling this way again.

First time Harley owner here. I visited the store on Tuesday 11/23/21. Lucky in the parts department was extremely patient and helpful with all my needs. I went to several Harley Dealerships and I have to admit Appleton wasn’t my first choice…. That being said I wish it was my first choice. I told them what I owned, what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. Billy was able to help over the phone. She didn’t try to over sale me or sale me a bike that I didn’t want. She listened to me and got me the bike I wanted. The next day I went in they gave my bike the once over and gave me the trade in value they told me they would. The financing part was straight forward. Again, they didn’t try to get me to buy the extended warranty. I sat
