In 1979, he became Vice-President and three years later, purchased his father's stock holdings and assumed the role of President.
Today, he continues his involvement overseeing internal operations while providing market insights to an ever-changing business environment. In 2018, Mr. Huston stepped down from the day-to-day operations and placed this responsibility into the very capable hands of his son, Douglas. Mr. Huston believes strongly in community investing.

Very sketchy experience. Dishonest. Unpleasant people.

Their response is far from accurate. They had ROCKS falling from their rear bumper as they drove down the highway. My car received easily a softball sized strike in my windshield as a result. After chasing the driver down for over a dozen blocks, I finally got him to pull over. He told me he did not have insurance and to call their office. After calling several times, they finally returned my calls saying they had no intentions of paying until I threatened further action with the police and DoT.
They were rude and took no responsibility

Huston Contracting did an excellent job designing and building the rock retaining walls around our new home. They also did grading and seeding for us. We will be recommending Huston to anyone who needs landscaping and hardscaping. They are dependable, care about quality, and their crews are hard working.
