I had the same experience as the other reviewer. I received a bid on July 31, was told it would be a few weeks before the work could be completed which was fine. Several weeks went by and I heard nothing. When I finally called to follow up to see when the work could be done, now mid September, I was told they probably couldn't do it this year. Unbelievable, I had been waiting all of this time and even agreed to their high price. Ridiculous, horrible customer service. As an owner of the business I would be embarrassed.
