As you go through our site and look at the different kinds of work our family has done, keep in mind that we are a General Contractor. As a general contractor we take care of all sub-contractor details such as plumbing, heating, electrical, masonry work and permits to ensure that each phase of the project meets or exceeds state and local building codes.

Summer is short here in the U.P., so it's especially nice when you can sit outdoors and relax. Adding a porch or deck to your existing home is the perfect way to do it. The composite decking that is available now is virtually maintenance free and will last quite a long time. Traditional cedar is also a great way to go although it does require a bit more maintenance.
