If you get an annoying popup from Microsoft regarding taking a feedback survey, you can disable it from Settings > Privacy > Diagnostics and Feedback > Feedback Frequency. Change that option to Never. This actually a required file for Windows 10 and while it *could* be a virus it is easy to determine if you are running a legit version by simply opening the task manager and checking if the file is located in the System32 directory.

In the ever-changing and often frustrating world of personal computers, it always seems difficult to find reliable, knowledgeable, and personable computer help. You usually can find someone who has one of those qualities, and if you're really lucky you might find a computer generalist who had two out of the three traits.
I highly recommend Wendell for any computer problems you might have. Over many years he has always been able to promptly take care of several issues from a virus to setting up a new computer. Wendell is very honest. After four hours of intensive work with the help of a consultant I had to shelve my blog: I could not make it come up correctly.
A lot of people ask how I got into fixing computer problems and whether or not I went to school to learn about it. For the most part, knowing how to fix the kind of computer software problems that I do for a living is pretty much On-The-Job-Training. Each different problem I encounter is a new learning experience so after all this time I've developed a kind of problem-solving rhythm to things.
I primarily provide service to Irvine, California which also includes the Turtle Rock and Shady Canyon areas. I also have computer customers in Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Costa Mesa, Corona Del Mar, and Tustin. So basically if you are within a 10 mile radius of Irvine then there's a good chance I'll be able to help you.
If you find that your PST file is too big and Outlook won't let you delete emails or empty the trash can, you might be able to slowly free up space by deleting emails individually. The trick is to hold down the SHIFT key and then press delete. This will permanently delete the email rather than send the email to the trash can which is not work since the trash can is already too full.
