Was told 15 minute ETA. After 20 mins we called to verify ETA and the guy said within 10 minutes. 45 minutes passed so we called back, guy says driver will be there “soon”. He was very vague and cavalier, and sounded irritated with my inquiries. Cab never showed up and we were almost late to boarding our flight. Call yellow cab instead for more reliable transportation.
