Rosalee Juba-Plumley was born and raised in Mercer County. She holds a bachelors degree from Marshall University and graduated West Virginia University's College of Law in 1985. Since beginning her practice, Rosalee has been a fierce and dedicated ally of people and families of all sorts, shapes, and sizes.

She is the best attorney that I've ever had to speak with. She has represented me before in my past she really knows her job and does her homework. She's a wonderful person and she does care about people you don't see that very often these days. In my opinion that makes a great attorney!! If there was a way to leave more than five stars I would definitely leave more! Wonderful person, caring person, and an amazing attorney who really cares!
