I’ve had them out twice for sewer backflow and laundry drain was clogged. The first time the sewer drain was plunged and we were told it was wipes going through the pipe. We don’t use wipes so it didn’t make any sense. No snake. We were basically told they fixed the line and to stop using wipes.
Ok, whatever. 2 months later it happened again. Called them back out and this time was told it was too much toilet paper and not wipes at all. ? Also my laundry drain was still completely clogged, so I called and was told it would be another $100 to come back out just for a sink. NEVER AGAIN! Go

So we awoke this morning and found water coming out our downstairs toilet and up the drain for the shower. I had an outpatient medical procedure to get too and my wife was taking me, so needless to say we didn’t need these water issues this morning. Not knowing who to call my wife called ten places and no one would help us out. Then she got a hold of Root-A-Way and the lady she talked to was very friendly and helpful and said they could send someone over this afternoon. They did better than that! We got back back later this morning and James was already here and starting to diagnose the problem
