The only reason I gave this owner and business one star is because,
there is no way to give them none.
I was told several times this guy would call me, then we would get together to look at the items I wanted to sell.
Not one time did the owner do what he said he was going to do, I had to contact him every time we had an appointment. All I got from him was some B.S. story about why he couldn't make it, was it to much trouble to contact me, or tell me the truth?
If this is the way other clients are being treated, I can't believe this place is still in business.

DO NOT USE THIS AUCTION HOUSE. I had several pieces delivered to Brian, the owner. He sold some, but once the auction was over the "fun" began. I had to chase after him for months to get paid. He tried to pile on fees and other nonsense that were not in our original agreement. Two of my pieces were damaged and one was lost all together. Brian refused to issue an insurance claim for the pieces and to date owes me thousands of dollars. He doesn't answer the phone or respond to emails. Take your business elsewhere.

I collect in a very narrow area of expertise. The fakes are so good now that only an expert like myself, with many years of experience can tell the difference. It is unrealistic for anyone to expect an auction house to be an expert in all areas.
I brought three items from AGOPB the most expensive one turned out to be an excellent fake with a fantastic provenance. Yes, I had to jump through some hoops, but they returned my money and were (under the circumstances) very professional through out the whole process.
