I've reviewed gas stations, TSA gates, and even toll booths... somehow I think those will probably still be more interesting than a review on a title company, but here goes:
We're making an earnest deposit in a competitive market and had to drop it off here. I dropped it off, and was on my way.
I mean, that's pretty much it! They were nice, masks are required during Covid times, naturally, and it's in a nice newer building in PV.
When you're in the paperwork grind for buying a house, there are seemingly endless steps in the process, and this was just another one, but

So far, I'm not getting anywhere with this title company. Hard to reach anyone by phone or get an email response from the closer. There seems to be no sense of urgency on their part. How are hard should it be to get rate information for the services they provide? My patience has expired with these people. Not my first choice for a title agency. Unprofessional. I just read the reviews on this company from Yahoo subscribers who have worked with this company. It appears that my grievances are consistent with others who've worked with this company.
