I scheduled a taxi service to the train station from a residence at the ski resort for 7am,
In addition to this I called a day before to confirm the schedule as it was critical I didn’t miss my train. The taxi never showed up and when I called to ask where it was a man answered and claimed he would call me back to let me know where my ride was. I never received a call back. This company DOES NOT honor its appointments and doesn’t care about any negative consequences their negligence causes. The only advantage taxi services can offer today over uber and lift is reliability but this company

BEWARE. NO SHOW!!!! No contact or update on status of ride. Poor communication and customer service.
I had booked at 4:30 am pickup almost two weeks in advance for a friend who had a 6 am flight. I advised that there was ski equipment so bags would need to be checked. At 4:30 am no one had arrived. I tried calling several times and it went to voicemail. Someone finally answered and said a driver was on his way and that “it’s only 4:33”… ummmm I’m sorry what?? He was going to call the driver and see where he was. I just hung up and we started throwing the stuff in my truck to go. Its

morning pickup to Amtrak. Left our family
stranded at our house and did not pickup any of
our multiple calls between 6:00am - 6:45am
despite receiving an order confirmation from
Arrow multiple days in advance. We then saw their
vehicles running at Amtrak and they did not bother
to mention at all why they ditched our reservation
to get home.

We odered an airport pickup one week prior to arrival, and received a confirmation email. They did not show up at the agreed time. I called them, but was only able to leave a voice mail. After 30 minutes we gave up and called an Uber.
I sent an email to them a few days later, but received no reply. In that they never responded to my voice mail or email I am left to think they ether are no longer in business, or have very poor customer service.

I did a little solo adventure stay in whitefish and the night prior to my departure day I had scheduled a 4:30am shuttle back to the airport to catch my flight back home at 5:30am. Shortly after scheduling online I received a confirmation email stating my ride was set up and I would have a pickup time of 4:30am. I had read the website extensively and multiple times it stated that the service was friendly and prompt on pickup times, so I felt confident that I would be in good hands. TLDR: do NOT recommend; arrow shuttle forgot about my booked ride, causing me to miss my flight. Also charged me significantly more than the price quoted at booking. And terrible customer service in general, including no apologies for mistakes, instead just defensiveness and denial.

Booked trip to airport on Tuesday for a trip on Friday with pickup at 7 AM. Received email receipt and confirmation later that day. On Thursday received text confirmation of pickup for my trip on Friday. At 7:10 the shuttle had not arrived. Called and message went to voicemail. Also sent text message. Heard nothing from Arrow. Was able to contact Glacier and they hoped they could make it in time as I had an 8:30 flight. Lucky for me I was able to get a ride with a stranger and made flight. It is now the next Wednesday and I have heard nothing from Arrow. I will NEVER DEPEND ON ARROW FOR ANOTHER

Arrow Taxi Service was wonderful yesterday when we discovered our previously scheduled ride to the airport had vanished. We called Arrow just 3 hours before our scheduled flights and we were over an hour from the airport already- but luckily found this service and they saved us! The lady that answered the phone was wonderful, as was Kevin, our driver! They were able to come right away and helped us not miss our flights home!

Received a confirmation email, but no follow up. I called the night before to confirm and the guy said he was driving and would call me back. I never received a call back. I called numerous times in the morning, at least 5, no answer and sent to voicemail. We weren't sure if they would even pick us up and luckily got an Uber instead. Then I received a call that they were at the pickup location. The guy on the phone/guy who was there to pick us up was very nice when I explained I had called numerous times. Although he was kind, whoever is the dispatcher did a poor job.
