The service was so great and the food was impeccable!!! The serving size was much that I ate on it for lunch the next day. I wanted to go back the 2nd day for dinner! Thank God we don't live in Southfield because I would be there everyday. Thank you so much for good food thru Covid, when other restaurants have cut the customer service and the flavor of their food. It makes me eat at home most of the time.

Update 1/7/22 - General manager contacted me within 12 hours, which impressed me and offered a refund, which I refused. Told him I just want the chicken shawarma to be consistently good again. Gave it another try last night and it was great so I am changing from 1 to 4 stars.
Update 01/4/22 - 3 of last 4 Chicken Shawarma orders have been awful and dry, but I just can't seem to write this place off, mainly because they do ala carte orders and because other items are still good quality. I just attempted to contact restaurant via email and will update if I get a reply.

Mixed crowd at lunch generally signals a popular place for all taste buds. Sure enough we had a great meal. Order was ready in under 5 minutes, and the fries are simply amazingđź‘Ź! Loved it, you can't go wrong with anything you order, the lentil soup was great, shawarma was great and the accompanying veggies/ salad is great.

My co-workers and I would always order food from CK but lately they’ve been horrible. We’ve given them more than one chance to redeem themselves but honestly it’s just been bad. Just yesterday we ordered and it was terrible. Tried calling and they advise you to go online and order. It’s bad quality food and it comes cold all the time. There’s no human to speak with on the phone, so you purchase your food at your own risk. I would not gamble with that anymore. Don’t recommend this place.

Is it the best Mediterranean food in Detroit? Not even close. Is it one of the best place to eat in Southfield? Yes, since most places in Southfield are fried food, pizza or msg heavy gross Asian restaurants.
Get the chicken shawarma, the beef shawarma texture is weird, the meat is Too tender. Rice is soggy, not sure because I got to-go or not. But after I reheated it on the pan it was still soggy. Never had that happen before. The plate can last 2 meal if you have salad on the side so that's a plus.

Got mixed grilled meat kabobs with swish tawook and beef with rice, side of lentil soup and a baklava. Hubby got the beef Kafta with rice and a baklava. Of course we got extra garlic and hummus. The chicken and beef was cooked perfectly! They were tender and seasoned so well! The rice was delicious and so was the soup.

Always GREAT. I’ve had used their catering as well as picking up for family. Food is always fresh and the staff super friendly (even asking if i needed help carrying to my car...I was fine).
During the week… it’s CRAZY busy with business folk...so what a delight it was to get in and out on an early Saturday afternoon!
Got home and everything looked beautiful and tasted delicious! 👍👍👍

I am a loyal customer of CK (frequent the Southfield location) and think the food is very high quality. Yesterday, I placed and picked up a catering order for 8 at the Detroit location. "Aus" who told me he was the owner, first told me I had to carry everything to the car myself in multiple trips, then begrudgingly sent help. When I noticed they… got our drink order wrong, I asked if he had provided everything I paid for. "Aus" assured me that he did, stating that he was the expert, not me. When I arrived and unpacked, food items were missing, and there were no plates, utensils and napkins
