When I needed $30k of roof, siding and drywall repair due to hail damage, they were very responsive. When I needed additional roof and internal drywall repair two years later, I spent more than two years attempting to get them back to assess the problem and make additional repairs. They continue to be unresponsive and the repairs have not been made.

I recently got a bid from Elite Property Restoration to repair a damaged fence for my neighbor. Apparently a rock from our mower had knocked a hole in his vinyl fence, and he chose them to repair it. A single picket in the fence needed to be replaced, but they sent me a quote with a single line item for $745. After two calls requesting a bill of materials (And after being laughed at for requesting it), I finally got back a second quote showing the same line item, but a "breakdown" of "Labor $300, Parts $445."
