I went a week after my sister in law did march 20, 2020. she said she liked going there so i decided to go with her. I waited the 21 days and hadn’t received anything, so I messaged ester on april 14 2020 to see when i’d receive my tax return and she said “ i have no idea if it comes from the irs but i will look into it” she didn’t say anything so i messaged her again april 17th didn’t get a response till i messaged again the next day. I let her know there was an error in the irs page telling me they didn’t have anything from me and she said she sent it to the irs and i’m supposed

FA Tax Services LLC failed to submit annual tax report to IRS adequately and in a timely manner causing financial disruption and delay to refunds due.
The fact that we have repeatedly asked the firm for multiple follow ups and they kept insisting to contact the IRS or avoid certain questions is what's very frustrating and concerning. The other frustrating part of doing business with FA Tax service is that others who have done business with them during the same time line received a completed request, while we still have not received our IRS refund nor Stimulus check.

A couple years ago tax time had rolled around and one of my neighbors kept raving about his tax guy so I decided to try him out. After a couple trips to H&R block I was dead set on doing my own taxes, but I hold my neighbor's opinion in high regard so I gave FA tax service a whirl. I did it again this year, and I'll keep doing it as long as he doesn't retire and I'm in Texas. Festus and his team are really on the ball.
