I received my Hypnosis Certification in 1993 from the American Institute of Hypnotherapy in California. I also hold a Complementary Medical Hypnotism certificate from the National Guild of Hypnotists, and have had advanced training in stress management, cancer, pain management, diabetes, surgery preparation, stroke and childbirth preparation.
Hypnosis is a very effective smoking cessation tool. 80% of my clients quit after one session. If the former smoker slips, I will hypnotize them again for free. While smoking is a addiction, and hypnosis is a good modality for additions.
