Had a 2,000 SQ FT condo cleaned as well as a sectional sofa (which used to be "white"). The carpets looked brand new and the couch was returned to a white color. The techs (I think Thomas and Donald) were professional and courteous as well. It was a great experience.

Excellent customer service! I had a pipe burst causing a flood that soaked my bathroom, bedroom and hall. Mighty mac crew pulled out the carpet pad and moved all the furniture fast as lightning. They were super fast and efficient. Checked the water damage recovery status daily until my floors, carpet snd wood trim were dry 5 days later. John sprayed to prevent mildew and mold growth which put me at ease about future allergic reactions or health issues.

Had to have my carpets cleaned in my 4 bedroom house. Techs were friendly and on time. However, there were spots in almost all the rooms that they could not get out. I tried myself after they left and was able to get the spots out no problem! No special chemicals just soap water and elbow grease. Shouldn’t the pros be able to do a better job than an amateur? I called and asked about a partial refund but was told they wouldn’t refund anything.
