They did an excellent job of mounting my certificates with complimenting matte. Was done quickly. The owner is usually on site. Products are well priced with fast turnaround time. I believe they have pool tables and/or repair/restore pool tables. Update: NOV 2018 .. I recently ordered a farewell military plaque for our outgoing Commander; it was completed on time, with excellent quality, and priced perfectly. This is our goto place for or unit's military awards for in the future. Update: MAY 2021 .. Still quality products and great service, even during COVID-19!

I had an award that was damaged, but Mike said to bring it over and he would see what he could do. He was able to restore it at a reasonable price. He has been in the business for a long time and his experience was really appreciated. Also I was intrigued by all the items in the store. If I need to order awards in the future I would certainly call him.

Not too much on display for billards, ordered a cue stick and waited for email to tell me the price and how long it will take to get it here, still waiting.....over a month still waiting.....no wonder Amazon does so well even when you try to support local people you get tired of waiting and go to Amazon, pay a little more but get it in 2 days with a full guarantee. My feelings on this one save your time, don't waste your breath this local business don't deserve it
