Service Monkey began in 1993 as a full-service fireplace company servicing all of Summit County and the Vail Valley, in Colorado. We offer a range of products and services from gas and wood fireplace maintenance and repairs, chimney sweeps, dryer vent cleaning, seasonal gas line installation and seasonal installation of new fireplaces and stoves.
Most fireplace manufacturers recommend annual servicing of their wood and gas fireplaces. This ensures not only their safety but also helps to maintain the reliability of the appliance. Most Homeowner Associations also require annual inspections of all wood and gas fireplaces. Service Monkey offers an extensive inspection of wood and gas fireplaces to ensure their safety.

Job duties include cleaning, diagnosing, and repairing gas & wood burning fireplaces, as well as dryer vent systems at both a residential & commercial level. Applicants should have some mechanical aptitude (skilled labor experience a bonus), be willing to work on ladders & roofs, and be insurable under our driver's policy.

We have been using service monkey for years to sweep and inspect our wood burning stove. They do a great job with communication, even calling you the day before to confirm your appointment. The crew came as scheduled and was very friendly and even gave some tips and suggestions to improve my burn in the stove. Its no wonder they are so busy in this county! Why use anyone else?!?!
