Friendly, professional staff. I did not feel like my appointment was rushed (30 minutes total). Clean and updated decor, very comfortable office. They answered my questions and discussed next steps, calmly and did not dismiss or belittle me. I appreciated the entire staffs professionalism. I will be sticking with this dermatology office.

Everyone was kind and curious.
Especially Jayme HeimNP, she was absolutely amazing! Very personable and did not make me feel rushed.Very thorough in explaining my condition. Excellent bed side manors. Her medical assistant was as well. I would highly recommend West MI Dermatology. I felt right at home!!!

It was my first visit, and I was very impressed with everyone at this office, they were extremely courteous and helpful. Dr. Nunez was exceptional with taking her time to listen to my concerns and the suggestions she provided. I highly recommend going to this office like the others are saying! Thank you for making this a great first visit!

I love the staff and doctors at West Michigan Dermatology. It’s always a positive experience. The environment is welcoming, I love the beautiful fresh flowers in the office and everyone is always very friendly! The doctors are very thorough and easy to talk to. I can’t say enough good about them. I moved an hour away and will continue to make the drive to see them every 3 months as I refuse to switch to another dr’s office!

When it was done they explained what I should or should not and then gave me written instructions. I was more than satisfied with my treatment.

The facility is impressively clean, including the restroom. The staff are efficient and the medical assistant working with my Dermatologist was very pleasant and helpful. In order to make an annual appointment it would be helpful to receive a reminder call from the Office at the 6 month mark so as to enable setting an annual appointment that is timely at 12 months rather than like my appointment yesterday that was 14 to 15 months out rather than an actual 12 month appointment.
