I cannot say enough good things about this company. Amazing! Ended up with a broken window after a hurricane while on vacation. Girffeth came out to my location, at our beach house, the next morning. The tech in Surf City was spectacular. Unfortunately, at no fault of theirs, the windshield they ordered was incorrect and could not be used on my car. Griffeth still took care of me. They made sure my car was safe to get me home (3 hrs away) and then offered to send a tech well out of their usual service area to fix it for me, in the safety of my own garage. Best price on glass replacement and repair in the immediate area. Danny came out and replaced my vans front windshield, and the passenger side window regulator even with missing screws he figured out a way to make it all work. Just absolutely excellent customer service. My wife called every auto glass service in the area Griffith beat everyones price. Would give ten stars if possible.

This is the second time I have used this company to fix my windshield after a rock makes a ding in it. They are quick to schedule an appointment, and give you a window that the technician will be out. The technician that came out today was great. It only takes a few minutes to fix that ding, and it will save you from having to replace your windshield. Great company to work with. Recommend them 100%.

Griffeth auto glass company is great company, I work long hours every day and don't have time to waste. I set an appointment with them and the service tech was on time, and ready to install my windshield on my Ford F-250. The job took about 45 minutes. The service tech was very professional throughout the entire installation process. Definitely recommend them again.
