Services
Convenient pick up time windows given to ensure passengers arrive at their airport no later than 90 minutes before flight time, as well as door to door service. One-Way and Round-Trip options available. All shuttles are by reservation only, please book at least 48 hours in advance. For last minute shuttles please call the office for availability and booking.
All fares are paid to the driver at the time of drop off, they do accept cash or card for your convenience. For round-trip reservations half the fare is due on the first pick up, the remaining balance due on the second pick up. We will ask for a credit or debit card to hold the reservation when booking.
You will need your flight number and airline in order to book. Once your information is submitted it will be processed by one of our office employees during business hours of Monday - Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm. After your reservation is processed you will receive a confirmation for all days of travel booked.

Call Friday morning to reserve a ride to the airport for a Sunday flight. After not receiving a confirmation email, tried calling but no answer. Saturday, they said that their system was down but they will call me back. No call back, trying calling them at 3pm, no answer. Tried calling the other numbers, also no answer, left message but no call back. Will not recommend the service to anyone.

If you travel 'down the hill' and need transportation, High Desert Shuttle is indispensable. If you travel the World High Desert Shuttle is a necessity. Don't battle the traffic at LAX, let High Desert Shuttle's courteous and masterful drivers do it for you. My wife and daughter recently took a trip to the Philippines and I called High Desert Shuttle to take them down to LAX and pick them up when they returned. Alicia was wonderful. The service was excellent. Thank you so much. If I could give you 6 stars I would.

So yesterday 12/21/16 Wednesday I was suppose to leave Indianapolis at 6am and get into John Wayne Airport, Orange County at 11:58 am. I was going to catch a 12:30pm High Desert Shuttle. I called to let them know that our flight was delayed. We didn't leave Indianapolis until 10am connecting through Denver. I arrived in Denver at 1130am. I made a reservation for 9pm. High Desert Shuttle called me and said they could pick me up at 11pm. I was rebooked on a flight out of Denver at 6:25pm arriving in John Wayne Airport at 830pm. When I arrived into Orange County Airport I had a Asthma Attack in baggage

We have used High Dessert Shuttle quite a few times and are extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. They always call the day prior so there is no doubt that we will be picked up and they also confirm the morning of the shuttle. Driver are very courteous and careful and a pleasure to ride with. The best part is that they are quite a bit less than any other shuttle, even from Los Angeles.
