Went above and beyond my expectations. I hit my side mirror in my parking garage and needed repair. I arrived at the shop early in the morning and Jose greeted and welcomed me right away. He took a look at it and brought it into the garage for service. He even offered to drive me to work if needed but due to his fast, professional staff, I was in and out in under an hour.

Jose and his team are excellent. Very friendly and prompt customer service. My car was like new again after replacing door and fixing other dented parts. They even detailed the car and returned the car in clean condition which my previous body shop didn't do. I would definitely prefer go here again.

I took my 2009 Honda Fit to have my latch on the trunk fixed. it had not been working for over a year. I had taken it to the Honda dealer but they told me it would cost me $1500. I declined. When Saddle brook Auto Body checked it out they wiggled the latch and low and behold the trunk opened up. told me that it was only some debris stuck and I should open it up every day and use some WD oil on it. No charge. Thanks Saddle Brook Auto Body. saved me a bundle. Will def go back when needed.

Great work and service. I had my Tesla for a week and it got scratched. I brought it to Jose and he buffed the scratch out in an hour and when I went to pick it up, he didn't even charge me for it. I highly recommend his professional service and will return if anything else unexpectedly happens to my car.

This is the second time I am repairing my Mustang at New Saddle Brook Auto Body. I live 1.5 hrs away from this place but I still prefer to drive all the way to Saddle Brook for awesome service Jose and his staff provides. Craftsmanship is also commendable as I was not able to tell which side of my car was involved in the accident :). I highly recommend New Saddle Brook Auto Body shop. Very professional, quick turnaround time and great service. Thank you Jose !!!

From start to finish, I was met with nothing but professionalism and excellent communication regarding my repairs. Jose and his staff did a phenomenal job to my BMW X5! Also, he took time out of his busy schedule and took care of a minor issue that my insurance company refused to acknowledge or cover pertaining to my accident! I cannot say enough great things about New Saddle Brook Auto Body! Jose was extremely pleasant, courteous and honest about the process and how long it would take. They kept in touch throughout the entire time my car was in the shop. On the day it was ready, I was unable to pick up my car but Jose offered to drop it off. The work done on my car was extraordinary — my car looks brand new and it was so clean inside and out (bonus!) I would 100% recommend New Saddle Brook for their excellent service!

Thankfully I have not had the need for a body shop in a very long time, until my neighbor's kid got her license. I was referred to New Saddle Brook Auto Body by a great friend, and for good reason. This place is awesome. Jose is so accommodating and helpful. The work he did on my wife's Honda HR-V was impeccably stunning! If you are considering this place, don't hesitate.
