The Foot & Ankle Center is Richmond's All-in-One Foot Care Center - providing comprehensive care to treat orthopedic foot and ankle problems as well as nail problems. In some cases, we are the only clinic in Richmond to provide these advantages to our patients. Here are some of the services we offer.

Our practice has also been honored to receive Richmond Magazine's "Top Docs" Award 10 times (2008 and every year from 2011 - 2019).
Dr. Mount began his education at Muhlenberg College, where he graduated Cum Laude. He attended Towson University for pre-med, and received his doctorate in Podiatric Medicine in 2012 from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pa. From there, he went on to complete his residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at Morristown Memorial Hospital in New Jersey.
Austen Chance, PT, DPT, came to us from TD Therapy Services, LLC, serving Pocatello, Idaho, and surrounding areas. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Idaho State University, and also has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington. His experience includes serving patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, and creating customized plans of care to return them to their daily activities.

Dr Waskin is great, I would highly recommend. Nice Facility, friendly people and great service. Other Podiatrist I visited would jump straight to surgery. Dr Waskin successfully addressed my issues with no surgery and minimal pain, and always with open and honest dialogue. I will not go to any other podiatrist now that I have been there.

Excellent care and detailed information along the way. They really take what they do seriously and have a great way of making sure you are informed on what they are doing and why. They also offer personalized after care kits that save you time and money. And we all know we like saving money 💰👍🏽. Couldn’t recommend them more

The doctor I saw was new to the practice. He was very nice and treated my problem very well. This practice is very good. I have seen three of the doctors and feel that they are excellent physicians. Plus they are patient oriented.
The appointment I had to wait an unusually long time before being seen. Normally this does not occur.

Dr Mount is great! He has has taken such good care of me and my family. I truly recommend him. He cares about his patients and really listens to what they have to say. He did a complex surgery on my foot and finished it in one surgery saving me the pain of a second surgery. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me. Including all my work notes!!! 😂

Dr. Waskin was recommended by my PCP, and I have seen him several times now for different issues. He sits down and listens. He is very thorough. He is knowledgeable about what insurance covers and provides options. Both he, his front office, and medical staff are courteous. The office includes a store for various medical supplies for the foot and ankle. They also house a medical spa for pedicures and such for people with medical issues and disabilities. Highly recommend!
