Just an hour's drive from Orlando, New Smyrna Beach offers a lovely drive-on Atlantic coast beach - much like that of Daytona Beach, but quieter and with a feeling of an historic hometown. New Smyrna Beach has loads of little shops and cafes, and a thriving arts community, and its beaches are wide and flat with golden-hued sands.

We just closed on a property in Ormond Beach that Janine helped us with. What a great experience it was working with her! We are a military family and stationed a few states away. We just recently closed on a Condo in New Smyrna Beach and Janine was the agent who completed our transaction. She was amazing. Being over 1,000 miles away she made things easy. She went above and beyond to help us through each question and left no stone unturned during the process. I cannot say enough how great of job she did. Janine was a great realtor. She will help you through the process of selling. We moved out of our place to put it on the market and she gave it the finishing touches it needed for photos. Janine is by far the BEST listing agent I have ever worked with! I have sold 8 personal properties and have never experienced the time and attention from a listing agent before working with Janine. Not only was she very responsive with questions, concerns and calls she took complete care of my property from 3,000 miles away! Janine took personal responsibility making my property presentable and sellable.
And the icing on the cake for me is she listed it on Wednesday at a very good price and we got 2 offers on Thursday!

Janine did an excellent job marketing my property. She communicated with me on a regular basis and went above and beyond in her quest to find a buyer for the condo as well. Janine had an open house almost every weekend. I'm not fond of realtors in general, but Janine is an exception. Most agents priority is only to get your listing. Janine put quite a bit of effort into making the sale as well, which is why she sells the majority of her listings. The service provided was worth every penny of the commission. I would highly recommend Janine to anyone looking to list or buy a property in New Smyrna

Janine did an amazing job getting our real estate purchase completed with no hassle. She is so friendly and helpful as an added bonus. Janine has both the abilities to think outside the box for our untraditional real estate deal, as well as the ability to work with both the seller and us to find the common ground and workability between us to get the deal to the closing table.
