At my first appt. I met Dr. Ridgeway. She took the time to listen to my concerns and advised me. I felt she was very sincere and gave me honest feedback. ( I was actually "shopping" as there are many options and I am new to the area. ) After my visit and my interaction with Dr. Ridgeway and some of her staff I feel confident and comfortable that going forward I will receive quality care.

The whole team at Ridgeway is five star. It is my new go to for all things skin related being back in Bozeman. First of all, the facility was beautiful, clean, and every Covid precaution was taken. Secondly, the front desk staff was lovely and incredibly informative; and they had a wide range of products that I was interested in and readily available for purchase. Last but not least, Vanessa went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable as a new patient. I have had several different kinds of treatments done around the country and she was by far the best. I really enjoyed the front office staff and Dr Ridgeway's assistant was so nice and helpful and kind.
Dr Ridgeway was very down to earth and personable. She made me feel welcome and she provided an environment that results in any uneasiness simply melting away.
They took me on time, my consult was informative and thorough, and I left looking foward to the possibilities available to me.
