Brazilian waxing done by a woman named VAL from Brazil. She's the best. You won't find better around here for sure!

I have never left a negative review in my life, this woman was awful.... She rushed me out in less than 10 minutes, wax temperature was extremely hot and she was not considerate of my discomfort. I will never go back!!!!

The woman Val here was extremely inconsiderate and very unprofessional! She booked us for the wrong time and when we arrived she wouldn’t see us or accommodate us. So we paid for the service and never got it and had to leave! We found this place on Groupon, BEWARE!

I called at 9a.m to schedule an appointment with Val and she booked me for 9:45. When she approached 15 minutes past our scheduled time, she addressed the apparently regular customers sitting to my left. When I said I had a 9:45 appointment, she said I wasn't on her schedule and she was too busy now to take me and dismissed me to speak to the other customers. Very unprofessional service!

She was sweet and spoke a little English but not very much. Sadly it was a horrible experience and I don't like the salon that they are in and the wax room is way in the back in a tiny and cold room. Run away. I would never go back here for a Brazillian it hurt so much, my skin bruised a few days after and super red and bumpy.

Val is hands down THE BEST! She is extremely professional and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. Val is the sweetest, most gentle person, and she makes a not so enjoyable experience a quick and somehow painless one (amazing...I know). Her years of experience and skills surpass anyone else in the industry, and her prices are SO reasonable. I absolutely love Val as a person and friend, and I admire her as a business woman.
