Very easy! Someone contacted me a lot (it is a lot of calls, be prepared), but they were always friendly. I sent them gold palladium and silver. I declined they're offer of 86$ on 6grams of 99.9999 gold. They offered nothing for the other two. So they sent my package back.missing half the gold and 13grams of Palladium gone.(all I sent) and its not like they sent it and it got lost during transport. They 100% just plain old kept it. I've emailed them numerous times and their.parent company beyondcpmplaints76 or whatever no reply back not even a peep. DO NOT USE THIS.COMPANY THEY ARE THEIVES! Recycle Platinum was very quick to mail me the shipping kit. The kit had everything; a plastic bag, a insulated white plastic bag and then the outer mailing plastic bag with the FedEx shipping label on it. Also there was a professional company packet with locations to the nearest FedEx facility. I sent a 1979 Palladium Plus high school class ring. Palladium had gone up in price and after research on the web I could not get a definite price for the ring. My only criticism is that I would have like to know how much pure Palladium is in my class ring. This can not be the first Palladium Plus class
