Being new to the whole septic system setup we ended up having an issue and needed the tank emptied quickly. Our neighbor told us to call Joe's Septic and talked to a nice girl named Mary.
We explained our issue and she sent out someone right away to drain the tank and the "Pumper" explained to us everything we needed to know about our setup. He even helped us find the lid to the tank as we had no idea where it was.
These guys did a great job and did it quickly. They also took the time to
talk with us and explain everything.
We would recommend this company to anyone.
