An accurate hearing evaluation is essential for creating a treatment plan that addresses all facets of your hearing loss. We've been working with patients for over 20 years to test and diagnose their current hearing ability in order to develop customized solutions that make a difference. During your hearing evaluation, our team will take the time to learn about you and what's important in your life.
After we have completed your comprehensive hearing evaluation, our staff will review your results in detail. We utilize a tool called an audiogram which illustrates your current level of hearing ability. You'll be able to clearly see and understand which frequencies and volumes are within your hearing range and which ones you may be missing on a day to day basis.

I finally found genuine hearing professionals at Midwest Audiology Center.
I worked with Dr. Wazi who was meticulous in helping me select my new hearing aids and showing me in detail how they work and the many options
that come with them. I could not be more pleased with my new aids-I am hearing probably five times better than what I had with my previous aids.

I've had a lifelong profound hearing loss and had an Audiologist, but when I moved to a different side of the city, I was hoping to find someone closer. I chose Dr. Kloss and am SO glad I did! I've been with him now for over a decade and he has met or exceeded every need I have had. He is knowledgeable and up to date on all the latest aid capabilities, and patient in explaining all the options regarding what would work best for my particular type of loss and why. I highly recommend Dr. Kloss.

I made the choice to go to Midwest Audiology and could not be happier! To say it was life changing, would be an understatement. Dr. Kloss' approach was comprehensive and he gave me options, then helped me choose. He offered multiple brands and price ranges, I chose the Widex Evoke and they are incredible. I am that middle aged guy who was constantly saying "What?" and "Can you repeat that?". I struggled understanding people and hearing the TV. Did my research and talked to others and picked Midwest and Dr. Kloss, they are the best!

Dr. Kloss was very helpful and explained the testing process in words I could understand. He was professional and very friendly. He fitted me with a hearing that was both comfortable and affordable. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs a hearing test. Side note: studies show that persons with hearing loss have a higher rate of depression.

Dr. Kloss is amazing. He took the time to explain my husband’s hearing results from another provider in terms we could understand.
We never felt rushed, he took time to explain everything and answer our questions.
The best part was we were able to rent hearing aides, and we left there with a pair.

Going to Midwest Audiology Center is one of the best things I have done for myself. My hearing loss made it difficult to communicate with people. I avoided using the telephone and stopped attending meetings. Now with my new hearing aids I use the telephone again and can be part of the conversation. I received mine Thanksgiving week in 2018. At first everything seemed so loud, but my brain has learned to block out the background sound, but to let in what I want to hear like voices and bird calls. Best thing ever!

Dr. Kloss and Midwest Audiology Center came recommended to me by another patient. I found the whole experience informative, very friendly, and most professional. Dr. Kloss was very congenial and answered every question thoroughly as only an audiologist can. He described the range of aids that would fit my kind of semi-active lifestyle, and (from my inquiries with friends) offered a very fair price. They arrived quickly and he gave me a thorough lesson in their use and storage. I will recommend this clinic to friends who are wondering if hearing aids are for them.
