Since 1983, we have tried our best to service the public as best as we are able no matter what brand of machine that rolled through our doors. We have experienced over the last few years that for various reasons "servicing all brands policy" does not always benefit all our customers. Increasingly, there are more manufacturers and varieties of equipment available in stores and on line.

Ever since I got my snowblower, I've been taking it to PowerPlace to get maintenance. Their service is excellent, they're incredibly friendly and they even came to my house personally when I was having an issue. It turned out that I was using my snowblower wrong for 4 years and not operating the choke properly. They were very friendly, kind and accommodating. Will continue to use them as long as I have a snowblower or make enough money to put in a heated driveway.

I bought a Honda snowblower from Power Place in 2018. The purchase went great, but that’s not what this review is about. So now it’s fall 2021. I’m normally the kind of guy who services my own equipment, but due to disability and failing health I decided to have them do it this year. They really helped me out, and turned it around very fast. And did so at a time when their service department was completely hammered because our first frost in North Jersey is nearly a month late, so they were still working on commercial lawnmowers and tractors until well into November.

3 year old E-110 purchased new. Did my own oil changes per year and purchased oil and filter from John Deere. Well internal governor is broke with 46 hours of use. John Deere is not able to assist with any repair due to not having a service record from dealer. I am a mechanic/technician and do my own oil changes, brakes and whatever else is needed on my cars and trucks. I feel a governor should not have broke in 46 hours of use and dealer is saying they would've caught this internal issue if I had brought it in for service....What A Joke! Oil change with filter would not have caught internal governor

I am a third generation landscape contractor and started my business just about the same time Gus started Power Place.
