Services
Most orders take 7-10 working days after production ready order or proof approval has been received. Your order will not be processed until ALL required art and information has been received. Please call ProSource for estimated time on your orders and advise of any time sensitive due dates. We will acknowledge the "absolute" due date on the Order Approval proof you will receive.
The quality of your imprint depends upon the quality of artwork supplied to us. Art charges will apply if art received doesn't meet our requirements. You may send your art to art @ prosourcepromotions. com for Pre-Approval and at that time we will advise you of any changes that need to be made. A deposit may be required to initiate the art process.
All orders are subject to acceptance by ProSource, which reserves the right to refuse any order. All orders are subject to credit approval and acceptance. A Pre-payment amount or security deposit of 50% will be required on all new accounts and accounts not established with terms. If terms are desired, please contact us and we will send a credit application.
