Todd Stutz serves as President of Robert Thomas Homes, Inc. He leads the company's overall vision, strategic planning, and policymaking. Todd has over thirty years of experience in the homebuilding and development industry. Prior to his role at Robert Thomas Homes, Inc. Todd was the COO of Rottlund Homes; one of the industry's largest privately-held homebuilders and land developers.
Todd has been instrumental in establishing the company's brand through a commitment to architectural excellence, innovation, and long-term relationships with our clients and partners. He holds a BS degree from his hometown school of Minnesota State University, Mankato. Todd is passionate about creating homes and neighborhoods for families across the Twin Cities.

The homes are about average. Like any builder, they tend to lean towards cheaper materials in order to keep profit margins high. Nice homes, but not worth the price, in my opinion. Only real issue I have is how they designed the light switch placement in many rooms and how many unnecessary 3 and 4 way switches there are. My goodness is the placements of the switches in these homes illogical half the time.

Hands down one of the best home buying experiences. We were hours away from signing a contract with Pulte homes but decided to make a quick pitstop at RT Homes in Lakeville to check it out. My wife and I met with Lisa Norton, who is smart, experienced, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Lisa helped us find our new home and answered all of our questions to ensure we got everything we wanted on top of moving in on time. It is because of Lisa Norton that we ended up buying our new home with Robert Thomas and we are so happy we did!

Robert Thomas Homes built our single level living Villa in 2018. Michelle Schwartz was our sales person and she was wonderful to work with. Gail Dougherty was the designer we worked with and she was excellent and very helpful. Greg Mefford oversaw our home construction and he was terrific. All around it was a great experience. We love our new home. Whenever we had a repair needed we contacted Jessica Warren in Customer Care and she made sure the warranty service was completed in a timely way. We just completed the year end warranty service and Bill Neumann, our Customer Care Representative made

The homes themselves are great however they are building them faster and faster which seems to have effected their ability to address issues with their customers. With the amount they charge you would expect issues to be resolved by Robert Thomas but they just direct you to Google and service providers in the area.
