They somehow decided they didn't want to do the install of my basement floor. Instead of being mature and saying they couldn't take the job, they blew me off . When asked about the quote, they said that the email somehow it didn't go through to me. The four times that I went back in to ask him about it they kept saying that they will get it the quote to me. Never happened. They are totally unprofessional.

We were delighted with the custom built shower that Town Flooring designed and built for us. Bruce van der Linde did an excellent job, working with us, to get the many design detail in this type of project to all fit together and to introduce us to the many options available. Tom Beazley, the tile installer, also did an excellent job removing the old tub and tile surround, arranging for plumbing and electrical requirements, and rebuilding the shower walls and floor for the new shower.

Terrible impression.....terrible service.. 1st guy we came to said no mask nec if we were vaccintaed....and he went on to quote covid deaths per day and several other countries on the other side of the earth that are experiencing new strands. i felt he may like for us to wear a mask after all for HIS safety and i offered.....despite his banging on about cvid numbers he said no, it was fine but that he was wearing a mask out of respect for us????? weird..condascending...irrational...i am looking for tile for goodness sake. the most important thing to anyone anywhere anytime is the price of the product
