There are no words to explain how rude "Rebecca" was to me. I have medicaid and have heard of offices that treat ppl different because of being tax payer state insurance but I have always worked and due to falling down a flight of stairs and breaking many bones I cant work right now but this office has their "policies" she demanded my insurance card and refused to see me without one.. Very few ppl have a copy of their medicaid card because they dont issue them.. I am absolutely floored at her arrogance and condescension she should be fired for speaking to ppl like that.. I will NEVER go to this

Was seen within days of my problem. Dr Nakamura even texted to see how the treatment was helping. Great results with recommended treatment within a few days. Great staff, they truly care and are genuine and knowledgeable. I highly recommend any of the physicians in this group as I was also a patient of dr Schmidt’s years ago before he joined the practice. Great group right here at home!

After having a rather bad experience with another Doctor, I was hesitant about seeing another. However, I found my experience with Dr. Nakamura to be a pleasant surprise. She was professional but friendly, thorough but gentle, kind and considerate to both my husband and myself. Having been an RN in several leadership capacities for 46 years, I don't like to be talked "down" to, and Dr. Nakamura did not do that. She spoke to me as an equal rather than a lay person, which was greatly appreciated. Her assistant was also very kind and considerate and her office staff are very friendly and helpful

The receptionist Lisa is rude and doesn't handle things professionally. That's her job to set appointments, take notes, answer calls, and filing. She seems like her job is so hard, maybe she should find another occupation. She was Very rude not polite or even trying to make your appointment easy to make. If you are looking for a nice respectful and caring environment I would go elsewhere. They cannot even speak professional on the phone well trying to handle a appointment for your 12 year old. They were going to extract a cyst by a evaulation in February, not knowing of it had changed from February

I have seen both Dr. Nakamura and Dr. Ahmed. They are both great doctors who care a lot about their patients. I would highly recommend this office. I appreciate all reviews I read, good and bad. They can be very helpful. But, some people only have complaints and bad things to say about most if not all of their reviews. Which makes me think they are not being honest about all there experiences and don't like hearing anything that they don't agree with or that doesn't benefit them. (Anton)

I have been a patient of Dr. Nakamura's for several years. On a few occasions I have seen a couple of her colleagues as well, and have never been disappointed. She has members of her staff who have worked for her for many years and they are always very helpful. Her nurse is very nice and attentive, I would highly recommend this office.
