Just running after money, poor customer service my Mercedes windshield chipped due to the process followed by them for window tinting, they spoilt my new Mercedes Blind-spot assist sensor and refuse to acknowledge this as it was not working when I reached to collect the car (almost new Car had zero defects when it was handed to them).
No courtesy of getting either the windshield or the Blind-spot assist sensor fixed, I have to get everything fixed on my own after spending close to $4k on shabby work.
They were all super nice till the time money was collected, would not recommend them to anyone

I found Tintix on Yelp and asked for a quote. They gave me the Black Friday quote but ultimately ended up upgrading to a higher quality tint after Jordan showed me the differences between the four different kinds of tint. Basically it's like Good, Better, Best for each quality of tint and Jordan will explain the differences to you. There is no pressure. You pick whatever you want to pay for whether it's plastic and lower quality or higher quality tint.

I drove my Lexus LS400 to the Tintix location in Brentwood...Their staff were extremely professional. They even drove me to "The Streets of Brentwood" to the Salad Maker restaurant to eat my lunch until my car was ready to be picked up.
They did an "EXCELLENT" job in tinting my windows. My windows look FANTASTIC !!!
I plan to return to Tintix soon and have them install the Ceramic Pro Wrap. I HIGHLY recommend their establishment!!!

Im so very happy and satisfied the work they did for my car . I did the all windows using 3M Ceramic ( 20 % ) and it did really work very well with its purpose to block the UV rays and kept the car cool specially this summer season. Staff and workers were very professional from the moment you enter the office and leaves you a smile when you get your car. Prices may vary depending on the products and work you requested. Plus a bonus was there is a service car to drop and pick you up back to their office. It was an awesome and job well done experience. Highly recommended!!! Im going back for my other

There are a lot of tinting services in the area, but Tintix was the most pleasurable company to speak with when I was inquiring about price and service. I requested an early appointment thinking that waiting in-person is plausible but a tint service is at least several hours so be prepared for transport accommodations. The tint went in very well; clean cuts along the edges of the window and they didn't have to remove some of my stickers outside the glass. There is a few minute bubbles at the back where the defroster is but after a few weeks, it is still holding up and not expanding. Beside
