Spent the weekend with my family at a cabin. Only to wake up Monday morning to head home and find out I had a flat. Internally I had this debate whether or not the spare donut would be fine. There’s always this feeling that being in a small town that someone will take advantage of your misfortune, especially not knowing anyone in the area. Great place... Honestly, I won't buy from anywhere else ever again if I can help it. I got a flat yesterday, the side wall went out on one of my tires and I had to get a tow into the shop. They could tell the tire was brand new, and asked me about where it was bought. I wasn't sure, as my aunt had borrowed the car for a few months and had to have two tires replaced while she was driving it... They went out of their way to look up who could have bought the tires to see if they'd bought it from their store and if they were still under warranty. They could have easily just let me pay the full price

I bought my tires from this place a couple years ago and brought it back regularly for rotations. The young guys in the bay are who I normally deal with to refill my tires with air and they are usually very nice. But, today, I was treated so rudely by a female employee in the office and other staff members that I decided to take my business elsewhere. I too am a business owner and I get that busy days can be stressful but that is never an excuse for rudeness or for making someone feel like they don't matter! I was vacationing in Broken
Bow and had some serious tire trouble with two tires going out. I am hesitant to say too much as what they did for me shouldn't be expected to be replicated. But they went WAY out of there way to assist me. Providing quality, efficient work in a time I was totally hamstrung with my vehicle.

The valve stem on our tire was broken, our tire wouldn't hold air. We filled it up and drove over to Discount Wheel & Tire. They were very friendly and knew right away what the problem was. We pulled into a bay, they fixed it in less than 5 minutes and didn't charge us for their service! They made a stressful situation easy and painless, 5 star service all around!

I have to give these guys five stars for their customer service. Didn't plan on having to get work done on a vehicle, but this local shop was there when the need arose. They took the time to show me what was wrong and gave me a fair price to do the work. Highly recommended for tires, alignments, and front-end work.

My church came to Broken Bow for a retreat over Easter weekend. A rock on the road to the retreat cabin caused a flat tire. The gentlemen at Discount Wheel & Tire were so helpful and quick with their service in getting a new tire put on and getting me back to my Easter retreat! We had a double blow out, and our wrecker service (eskewtowing.com) brought us here. The tow truck driver even put a call into the owner of the shop as we were driving in, so as to let him know we were going to need new tires installed that evening. He went way above and keeping his crew on after closing time so that we could get new tires installed and back to the cabin that evening.
