We do steel, aluminum and stainless steel welding and have a large four-post hydraulic press for many jobs as well as a large amount of equipment and steel available.
Weirich Welding Plus constructs any size livestock gate with essential durability. Our gates are made from 1.9 gauge round tubing custom-made to any length - heavy enough to handle heavy cattle pressure. Our load-out chutes are made with a combination of pipe and concrete oilfield pipe posts are set in the ground with an 8 pan welded to the post and then rebar reinforcement welded in.
We construct, repair, and transport grain bins and also work directly with Superior Manufacturing to sell their products. Superior offers a combination of an 8,000# roof with a 37# snow load and 90 mph wind ratings. High tensile steel, tall 3 roof ribs, rigid roof panels, standard wind rings and continuous side wall to roof eave connections make Superior the heavyweight in grain bin roofs.
