Brandastic's video team was great! We have worked with Jordan and his team on numerous videos for our company so they were naturally our first choice when we started a new business and needed a video for marketing purposes. We met prior to the shoot with Jordan and Sandy and outlined what we needed and they helped us refine our idea and set a clear list of shots needed to achieve the final product we were looking for. Terrible experience. The owner Justin and his team came off extremely professional and cordial in our first few meetings, that is until we actually began the project and put up our deposit. Over the next month, the team did absolutely nothing with the materials we provided them during the discovery process of building our website. Once we realized we had been scammed, we immediately demanded our deposit back per the agreement. Justin refused! If I had the time and energy, I would have taken him to small claims court. With a name like, "Brandastic," maybe I should have known better
