Joe, Andrew and their crew are great. I didn’t have one issue with how things were handled. From the planning, execution and finish it was a good experience. Any concerns were addressed (usually just my not understanding the process) immediately and if a change needed to be made they were positive and helpful making me feel we had worked together. I know my project was on the small side for them, but it was massive and impossible for me to tackle. They will always be my first call for remolding projects inside and outside my home.

I found myself in a bad situation with a different company over what I thought was going to be a simple driveway replacement. When I called WPD I was cautious and a bit mistrusting of contractors in general. That changed however as soon as I began working with Andrew. He was absolutely transparent, responsive, friendly and very patient. He even took on more than just my driveway pavers when a separate concrete company fell through for repairs on a retaining wall. In the end, I have a beautiful paver driveway, a repaired concrete retaining wall with great drainage added and the process was easy

We wanted our old concrete patio enlarged and thought pavers would update the place better than concrete. Andrew came by and we all agreed on a design that fit our needs. The crew came a few weeks later and it all began. The guys were great, very thoughtful, pleasant, and productive. We enjoyed getting to know them while watching them work.
It's done now and we are very happy. We were immediately asked for contact info from two neighbors who have seen the job. Everybody seems to think the design looks nice and the quality is just what we hoped it would be.

Western Paver Design did everything and more to complete my backyard project. We didn't know what we wanted in our backyard since we have never done a blank backyard project before. Joe really listen to our concerns, what we wanted to achieve and feel in our outdoor space. We went with numerous quotes and estimates, but Joe made it very comfortable and listen. Joe has excellent workers that completed our project and we are very grateful. I wish more people do business like they do. We had a little problem with our pergola bowing a little bit and Joe and his team came out to take care of it

Joe Fisher gave us a competitive estimate for our project. We also had some other landscaping companies come out for bids, but we went with Western Paver Design because they are contractors, not landscapers, and we got a good feeling that they could give us a beautiful backyard that we would love. They absolutely came through.

I hired this company because I thought I was getting something superior and was told that by one of the owners. The finished product did not live up to the promises. In particular the pavers were a mess (and still are) and instead of family and friends asking us who did our patio as a referral, they are asking so they don't hire this company. I am going to redo the grout (again) and we'll see, but would not refer or rehire. Buyer beware. It all sounds good, but at the end of the day, I wish I had hired someone else.

I was looking forward to having this company build my pergola and coat my patio with a weather sealant because of their glowing reviews. The initial process was great with my sales rep telling me how beautiful it would turn out, the 100% satisfactory guarantee, the quick turnaround time, etc.
Things starting out shaky on the first day when the posts where installed in the incorrect place. We talked to our rep and he assured us that the would be moved to the correct spot and that the concrete footing would be completely removed.

Great job,
They removed an old cracked patio and put in pavers. I like that they use polymeric sand instead of plain sand which many installers use. The polymeric sand hardens and helps stabilize the pavers .
They also put Lattice on top of the fence for more privacy, moved and improved the gate to the backyard, added a gate on the other side of the house to prevent my 3 year old grandson from wandering into the front yard. Finally they came and installed a gazebo. Joe was a great help and stopped by often to oversee the work. I would reccomed the company and will probably have them do additional
