There are many benefits and unique opportunities available when buying real estate at auction. Our staff is there to do all we can to make the process a positive experience. One advantage is knowing the seller is fully committed to selling, therefore eliminating long negotiation periods and reducing the time involved in purchasing the property.

Selling at auction benefits all types of property including farmland, investment or commercial. Planning an auction as a seller can be as simple as choosing the auction date, determining the day of the open house and strategizing on how you want it to be sold and marketed by Rothrock Auction LLC. Buyers compete to bid their highest and best offer and the property is sold "as is where is" with no contingencies for cash.

To begin bidding you must have created a logon account. You must be logged in to place online bids. Once your account has been created, you will need to log into the catalog of your choice and agree to the terms and conditions. After the auction company approves your registration, you can place your bid(s).

All bidders will be required to enter their credit card information for auction registration/bidder verification. Following the conclusion of the auction the winning bidder's credit card will be billed for the total amount due. Upon verification of payment from credit card processor Rothrock Auction LLC will process a PAID IN FULL receipt and send via e-mail to the bidder.

For On-line auctions a schedule will be provided regarding the times for pick up. If you cannot make the scheduled pick up times then please email rothrockauction@gmail.com to make arrangements prior to 5:00pm the day the auction ends. Buyers are required to bring their paid in full receipt received from Rothrock Auction LLC to claim their items at the time of pick up.
