Tony Gould specializes in business litigation and the resolution of complex commercial disputes. Mr. Gould also practices in the areas of insurance defense and corporate transactions. Mr. Gould previously worked as an attorney at Crowe & Dunlevy, P.C. in Oklahoma City and served as Chief of Litigation for the Board of Regents for the University of Oklahoma.
Mr. Flesch has been an attorney at Brown & Gould, PLLC since June of 2014. He earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) at the University of Oklahoma, College of Law in 2013 and his Bachelors of Science (B.S.) at Texas A&M University in 2010.
Since coming here, Mr. Flesch has provided zealous representation for hundreds of clients in ranging areas of the law, including representation in: divorce and custody actions; probate matters and estate planning; criminal defense, felonies, misdemeanors, DUI and DPS license revocations; insurance disputes, breach of contract and bad faith; eviction actions; and personal injury actions.

Our company hired this firm where we thought Dane Flesh was putting us front and center. After paying a retainer of $20,000 we were told that Dane was very busy and Tony would the handling things. After spending up the $20,000 of our retainer we were then asked for another $20,000 along with refreshing Tony with what the charges were and a few other details they should have addressed before the $20,000 was spent.
Definitely not happy with the way things were handled. When asked about the concerns Tony started using profanity and addressed the concerns very unprofessionally.

A very long story short, I had another attorney for close to 18 months to settle an uncontested divorce. After alot of headache and even more money, I decided to switch to Brown & Gould. My attorney, Dane Flesch, took on my case and the mess of a situation that came with it. I received alot of personal attention on the matter and never had an issue with lack of communication. I am one of those people that prefer never to have to use an attorney, this time it was necessary and Dane helped ease the pain from the need. Dane was very responsive from the first phone call and after that we set up our first meeting where he explained everything in detail. Leaving me with no questions of what to expect. I highly recommend working with Dane Flesch if you are having any issues regarding civil disputes. He is a bulldog when it comes to getting things done. Our case involved a dispute with our builder during new construction and he was able to help get everything resolved as quickly as possible.
