Recently purchased an adjustable base bed as a gift for our parents. The headboard set up in their home is a little difficult. Getting the height just right for my dad is tricky. Mark and Mike were amazingly helpful and patient with our family during the many visits to the store. I live out of state and Mark helped me over the phone and did an excellent job with communication and follow up on the purchase. The family taking care of delivery were also amazing and flexible. Absolutely loved our experience today at Fred's! Mark and Mike were so helpful and really know their products. I'm picky about my purchases, especially an investment of some serious money like a mattress. I want to go to a place where they are professional, and still take care of you like family and at Fred's they do!

Just purchased a new bed from here. Mark was incredible and had excellent customer service. He gave us the run down but let us shop in peace, alone. The rest of the staff who loaded our mattress and box springs were also great. They were quick and gentle. They had a great selection and the floor models were clean. Can't recommend enough.

I've been a customer of Fred's Beds for a number of years, even before they moved to their current location. We've purchased mattresses and even furniture, back when they sold furniture.
My experience has always been first class, both in terms of the quality of the mattresses, the price, and service, both in-store and delivery. This is a family business who treats their customers with great care. We couldn't be more pleased with our new mattress, boxspring, and frame from Fred's Beds! The staff was very helpful, patient, and knowledgable! You can tell right away that it is a family-owned business who cares about their customers! Because of their great prices we were able to upgrade from a queen to a King sized bed. They even have a kiddie area with toys and a movie going, which kept our toddler entertained while we were shopping! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I recently purchased 3 mattresses (2 with box springs) for my new home from Fred's Beds. Mike was super knowledgeable and helped me select each mattress to fit particular needs. Everyone at Fred's Beds was very friendly and helpful. They were able to get the delivery out quickly and accommodate my scheduling needs. We love all our mattresses and you really can not beat the price. I will only be purchasing my mattresses there from now on!

I couldn't be more pleased with my visit to Fred's Beds. I was never pressured into buying anything. The staff was extremely helpful after my wife and I looked at all of there beds. Our bed was delivered today and there crew went above and beyond getting everything right. I couldn't ask for a better experience and will definitely be back.
