Very disappointed with your company today as you're working for the City. I applaud the street tree program the City does but you guys should knock /ring bell as residences to confirm people want a tree in their yard. yeah, it may or may not be City policy but the common courtesy is important. The tree was being installed within a few feet of my drain line. Would you like that? Of course talking to workers was extremely difficult as it was clear the two workers spoke little to no english. They did fill the hole but now I have large dirt spot, will you be coming by to seed that? I'll also be contacting

I had Greenscapes install a medium size paver patio with fire pit and sitting wall in 2009. Although they were more expensive they sold me on being higher quality in the building of their foundation and patio. In 2012 I started getting pavers raising up in a few isolated spots. Now, in 2013, I have pavers raising up in 70% of my patio. I have called and spoken to the receptionist 5 times and still have not been followed up with for someone to come out and evaluate the problem. I have since contracted for repairs with another company that came out with one phone call the week I contacted them. I
