Randall's have done many relatives funerals over the years.They recently did my Mom's. As always ,as in the past, their service was impeccable with kindness and compassion! They even graciously made last minute changes that we requested. My family can't thank you enough, Laura and everyone there.

John & his staff took care of my mother's arrangements. He and his staff were very respectful, courteous and did everything the way we wanted. My mother looked great too. They did a fantastic job with that. I will use the services of this funeral home again; but hopefully our family will not have to for a long time.

John and his staff took care of everything. They were all caring and professional and even when we wanted things changed at the last minute they were right there to help. They made a very stressful situation a lot easier. You will not be sorry working with them.

The staff here are awesome. There were several changes due to COVID and a few hiccups, everyone worked so hard to make sure we had a wonderful funeral. Special thanks to Laura, who worked so hard and was so enjoyable to work with.

As close to perfection as a Funeral home can be. The wonderful people there are so caring, compassionate, and they make you feel like family. They go above and beyond even after all is said and done. I'm so glad I trusted them with my Dad's arrangements. Thank you Pollock-Randall.

They were the most professional, compassionate, attentive that I've ever experienced. There were some complicated circumstances, and John was proactive, and he took care of so much for us. My many thanks to him and to Dave who was at the service. I don't know how I'd have gotten through this without the two of them.

This place was awesome handing my brothers death. I couldn’t of seen it better. The personal relationships they form with family and guest is top of the line! And I will never forget Joe. Thanks for putting a smile on my face.

Rarely am I compelled to write a review, but I wanted to share my experience with the Pollock-Randall Funeral Home when my mother passed away. I am an only child and live out of state, so I was very concerned about finding not only a reputable business, but also one that was compassionate and caring about my needs. I dealt mostly with Laura, but also with her father John. I could not have asked for a better experience during such a vulnerable time.
