Came home to check out the refinished tub. The tub looked GREAT except that the over flow cover had not been removed. Rather, it was just glazed up to the edges of the cover - but not behind it. This is standard with old tubs when the old fixtures have not been removed. However, I just replaced the fixtures.
I called and left a message Friday night after hours to ask that they come out and address the issue ASAP. To my surprise, the owner of the company called me first thing Saturday morning and the contractor was out at my house by noon that day. Not only did he correct that issue but he exceeded
