We contracted with Outdoor Systems to handle a very large and very expensive backyard renovation after installing a new pool in our backyard (pool not installed by Destination Pools but another company). The design was wonderful and drawings made. The crew was very polite and worked hard and we have to give credit to the young man who rebuilt a retaining wall and staircase. It’s wonderful. Our problems began when we had to deal with the owner, Dan, first on misplacement of the fence by his crew in our backyard. The Outdoor employee who spoke to us did not, apparently, understand where placement
