Our patient centered healthcare team offers a coordinated treatment approach for each patient. You will have a primary care practitioner and a health care team made-up of assistants and specialists dedicated to being there for you when you are sick and working with you to stay healthy. We will all work together towards your health care goals.
Using an Apple device (phone or ipad) or android phone, you can have an office visit from the comfort of your home! When making an appointment, just tell the operator that you want a virtual video visit. Two links will be sent to your email or cell phone. Answer yes and you will be asked some questions and consent to having a video visit.

To one of the female doctors there….The treatment and services you can offer to insure a better survival outcome to YOUR cancer patient does not belong and will never be on my daughters shoulders simply because of her vaccination status. It is disgusting that you could ever try to fixate that to a 12 year old.

Dr. Hasa was THE voice of reason that I desperately needed during a very dark, confusing time in my life (medically speaking.) I was experiencing terrifying episodes with my heart that landed me in the ER and then the cardiac unit. During this time I had seen multiple cardiologist who were quick to blame my heart condition on stress and anxiety and told me my condition would probably just go away. When my condition didn't just go away and only got worse Dr. Hasa was there to guide me. She listened to everything I had to say and never diminished or discredited my symptoms or what I was experiencing

I told these people was a recovering addict been clean for 16 years and told them not to give me anything addictive or anything becomes physical dependent

Nothing but problems here, beware of doctors putting false medical information on paper work and sending it into DMV. Also, if you have any concerns or problems with your doctor or the way things are done in their office and try speaking to the manager she will belittle you, disrespect you and treat you like your time and problems do not matter. Would highly recommend the extra drive out of town to another "Community health Center"

My experience at Sonoma Valley Community Health Center has been positive. Everyone I have interacted with has been lovely, kind, and quite helpful. Dr. Lloyd in chiropractic has been great. He’s a good person and has helped me heal my back. I always feel better after visiting with him. Both mental and physically.

The SVCHC is an amazing resource. I have gone there for my prenatal care, checkups, a last minute appointment for a sprained ankle and take my now toddler son there. His pediatrician, Dr. Sullivan, is a dream. The staff, nurses, and doctors are all great. I’ve had Dr. Hasa and NP Ward and have always felt listened to. I love going to the doctor in town and that I’ve been able to keep going there with different insurance plans. Check out their pharmacy too. My inhaler that is $150 at Pharmica is $15 there! All around the SVCHC has been a great place for my whole family and I love that it is

The service from the clinic pharmacy is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. After calling the pharmacy THREE times before someone answered, I requested a refill of a medication I regularly take (gave them the name and dosage multiple times on the phone). They said it would be ready for pickup in 2 hours. I showed up after 2 hours and the medication wasn't ready. After waiting there for 20 minutes I got the medication, but when I got home I realized THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG MEDICATION. They had given me a medication that I was prescribed last year and had experienced adverse side effects with. I suppose it's my

When I went to SVHC the female doctor I had told me the reason my medical condition happened, which was completely different from what it actually was, is because, "males are more disgusting than girls and you're one of them." Embarrassed and horrified I told her I'm in the food industry and go above and beyond keeping up on my personal hygiene. She just looked at me with a sassy look and said "really." That day I learned this clinic does what it wants and could care less about their patient.

I had my first experience at SVCHC yesterday, and it was easily one of the best visit I have ever had at a medical facility. The intake staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and there was little to no wait time. I think I waited for a total of 5 minutes for my Dr. My Dr. was Dr. Ward and she is incredible. She made me feel like I was being heard, listened to my problems and took action appropriately.
