I had Atomic Television come and install a 65" flat screen television above our fireplace. There were no power or video outlets above the mantel, and my wife's one request was that no wires were exposed. A challenging undertaking, or at least I thought. John from Atomic first came out and evaluated the task. He explain to me in detail how it could be done, then emailed me a quote. Which I may add was very reasonable. We couldn't believe they were able to get a power outlet where there previously wasn't one. The first two pictures are from the wall in the garage opposite our living room. The installation

These people are just wonderful. Very knowledgeable, friendly and quick. My backlights went out in my 55” tv. I figured it was trash, but I really couldn’t afford another $700 tv. Atomic replaced them and it’s been working perfectly all week. I got my tv repaired for a fraction of the cost of a new one. Thank you so much.

I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a great customer service I called to get my screen replaced and they gave me the fifth- degree they like an interrogation it was very very very demeaning I did not appreciate the line of questioning I have not had this customer experience yet and this was the first and they did all this by phoneThank you but no thank you

My 10 month old Samsung TV had problems. After talking to Samsung they had Atomic TV to come and repair it. The called me and were very polite they listen to the problems I was having. Said they knew what parts needed to be ordered and called when the parts came in. They set up an appointment and we’re here even earlier than they said. The repairman (Philip) was following all the COVID guidelines. He was polite nice and very friendly. Within one hour my tv was back to its old self. I would definitely recommend this place for any TV service you need.

Would not recommend. Took our Samsung Plasma there due to a power on issue. Said it was the motherboard and about $500 to fix. Took it home and same issue on second power up. Obviously was not a motherboard issue, so $ wasted and no refund. After first warranty "repair", now remotes would not work and still power up was inconsistent. Took it back and they said a cat must have urinated in it and $170 to fix the remote issue that was not there prior to taking it to Atomic. We don't have a cat. Maybe they do. Paid another $170 for another part. After that "fix"... Bluetooth remote does not work and

After taking a day off of work to be here for a technician, no one showed or called to say they weren't coming. After calling to see what's going on, was told that they don't get paid mileage to travel to my area from Hisense (Tv warranty) and they would come out sometime in the next week. Was informed that I would receive a call back with… another date of service, went 11 days before anyone called back to tell me they would be out on Monday. The technician did arrive this time. However was very rude and before entering my home the tech stated that it wouldn't be covered under warranty.

Great location here in Roanoke on Williamson road. I've had to have two of my televisions repaired here and feel they are up front and honest about their service and repairs and certainly a decent price to have those repairs done. Friendly service too. I dropped off the TV's for repair and they got back to me within a couple of days with estimates. If you're needing your TV repaired, I highly recommend Atomic TV.

The tech,Phil, that came out was so very nice. i wanted to make sure he gets some credit/kudos for the great job he did. great customer service and friendly. he cleaned up the inside of the TV for us even though he was there just to replace a chip, going above and beyond in my eyes! my wife had nothing but nice things to say. we really appreciate having someone really care about their work. even though this was being paid by Samsung, we were treated with respect and kindness. they also warranty their work!
