Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Also referred to as "Medicaid Transportation" is transportation to and from covered non-emergency medical appointments or services. NEMT is only available when a Colorado Medicaid Program member has no other means of transportation and has a medicaid approved medical appointment.

I have to use Axel for taking me to my doctor's appointment and I want to send out a special report on one of your drivers her name Is Tonya Cisneros . She is beyond one of your best drivers very respectful and professional her driving is also very good. When I go on other appointments I will ask for her . As I was very comfortable with her.was on time for pickup and taking me back home. I think she should get a bonus or something.

This was my first time using Axel Medical Transportation and Jimmy was amazing. I received a call when he showed up letting me know he was there and ready when I was. He was friendly and personable and made me feel like I was riding with a friend. Definitely a great experience.

Having car troubles and decided to try out Axel Transportation to get to my Dr. appointment. I was running behind and the driver Eric waited kindly and patiently and got me home safe! Felt super comfortable while he was driving and have 0 complaints :) Will definitely use this service again.

Axel Medical Transportation is a wonderful service. I have gotten to know just about all of the drivers. They are always professional and Tina imparticular is always very charismatic. She plays the radio quietly and is a polite conversationalist and more importantly is timely like the other drivers. Thank you Axel Medical Transportation for your service in the community.

I've been using Axel for a couple years and they have always been on time and quick to pick me up for a return trip even when I don't have a specific return time. I used a different medical transport and had to wait for up to an hour for a return trip nearly every time. Axel is better. All the drivers are pleasant and courteous. I have Jimmy and Tanya yesterday and they were both great.

By far the best ride service I've received! Amhad(owner) is great! I love that effort was made to learn &address me by name. Always provides great service! Mike(driver) by far my favorite! NEVER LATE..ALWAYS EARLY..very friendly he's awesome! They go above & beyond to make your experience a great one! Thank you guys!
