If I can give 0 stars I would. What a joke this place is. I know we're gonna hear the usual stuff. We're so overwhelmed and so short staffed. Takes over 8 hours for nana. To get results. The nurses say they gonna get the doc for ya. Hour later they forgot. It's to the point where you wanna go to bullhead or Vegas for treatment. Instead of saying we're sorry fix the issues here. 4 hour er sitting times is crazy for a person who had 2 mini seizures in 24 hours. They bill Medicare huge amounts of money and it's a shame. They should only get paid for the work that is done. Waiting 4 hours isn't worth

Kingman regional is by far the WORST hospital I've ever had the misfortune to send my loved one to. Some of the nurses on 3rd floor have no sense of teamwork. When I called nurses said they would call me back and I never got calls back ended up waiting till 1230am- 1am and gave and went to bed. I was also supposed to recieve a call from a surgeon before my loved ones procedure and that call never came. I am also baffled as to how KRMC thinks letting a very sick patient ride in an ambulance for 3 hours or better is helpful in the recover process when they have access to a working air vac that would

Been here almost 3 hours, been in waiting lobby the entire time, except the 2 times they made me get up and walk back to triage for vitals and blood work, even though I told them walking HURTS right now.
Trying to be understanding about short staff, but KRMC needs to reach out to other places for help or something. This place gets worse and worse.

I have been very happy with KRMC services until I went to schedule a colonoscopy with Dr Jeremy Kaplan who seemed to have issues with my second amendment shirt. With nothing to do with my medical treatment he started asking odd questions about why I support the Constitution and my second amendment rights. Very bothered at his line of questioning regarding my constitutional rights as an American citizen. To a point where I'm uncomfortable keeping my appointments for this procedure. Not good for KRMC.

My recent visit to the emergency room was as I expected, the staff taking care of me was very professional and very caring, as usual. I have nothing but good things to say about this hospital. A special shout out to the RN Michael Williams who's bedside manner is excellent, he continued to check on me to make certain I was doing o.k. while waiting for test results. KRMC definitely needs to keep this guy around
